The Daventry community room is part of the pool complex, located at 7721 Painted Daisy Drive. The community room is used for homeowner association Board of Directors and Committee meetings and for community events such as Winterfest.
Please complete this contract for rental of the community room, for contact information to view it, to obtain the keys, and where to send the $50 room charge and $250 security deposit.

The community room is also available for use by Daventry residents in good standing. There is a $50 room rental fee for private use of the room plus a $250 cleaning deposit.
Public service organizations such as the boy and girl scouts, sports teams, church groups and others may use the room for $15, or the fee may be waived. A damage deposit is required in any case. Requests for waiver of the rental fee may be submitted to the Recreation Committee, for final approval by the Board of Directors. The room may be reserved on a recurring basis for up to three months in advance.
