The Daventry Homeowner Association provides a variety of services to Daventry residents, such as grounds maintenance, trash and snow removal, infrastructure upkeep and improvement, and support of the various committees.  The Association is financed mostly through homeowner assessments. The Association also maintains a substantial Financial Reserve for long term capital repairs and replacements. Questions regarding the budget can be directed to your Board representative or to Don Mazzei.
