Daventry Paint Color Introduction

Dear Fellow Homeowners,

The ARC has decided to post the original color listings for all the townhouses in Daventry. You can view your unit’s color scheme by clicking on the link below to your street and locating your particular address.

These are the original color schemes for your units. If your unit had an ARC approved color change in the past, it may not match the information shown on this listing. If that is the case, a copy of the approved color change should be in your unit file at Cardinal Management.

We have also listed the locations of the McCormick Paint dealers in this area. You are no longer required to use McCormick paints, but if you wish to use a different brand, you must first submit an ARC application which includes a manufacturer paint swatch which we can match to the existing McCormick color schemes. Upon ARC approval, you will be able to use the brand and color title you submitted. A copy of your application will also be placed in your property file at Cardinal Management for future reference.

Please check with your neighborhood ARC representative before doing any painting.
