  1. Picture identification is required. Also, proof of Daventry residence, such as a driver's license, passport, assessment coupon or utility bill must be provided. NOTE: A letter showing a Daventry address is not acceptable. Identification is especially important for recent purchasers of Daventry homes.
  2. A parent or legal guardian must accompany residents under age 18.
  3. Due to insurance requirements, children 8 years or younger will not be admitted to the pool without an adult to accompany them. If a child is 9 years (on or before September 30, 2008) and older, they may come to the pool without an adult in attendance if they have passed the "Swimming Competency Test" administered by the lifeguards.
  4. To register, members and residents must be in good standing with the community:
    • No outstanding assessment fees
    • No outstanding Architectural, Grounds, or Safety violations.
    • The privilege to use the pool may be suspended during the season if a member or resident loses their good standing.
  5. Each household can admit two guests, free of charge, during each visit to the pool. Additional guests will be admitted at a cost of $2.00 per guest, per day. Residents who expect to have more than one guest on numerous occasions may purchase a season guest pass. This pass, issued by the management company, costs $50.00 and is only valid during the year it is issued. It is valid for any day of the pool season. This pass might be purchased if a resident has more than two guests who will be using the pool for an extended period of time throughout the pool season. Residents must remain with their guests at all times while they are at the pool. Season passes may be requested in writing with an accompanying check, payable to Daventry Community Association. Send these requests to the following address: Attn: Charyl Ferguson, Cardinal Management Group, Inc., 5900 Prince William Parkway, Suite 201, Woodbridge, VA 22192.
  6. Childcare providers will be admitted to the pool free of charge, in the presence of the household children. Please note the name of childcare providers on your registration form.
RENTERS TAKE SPECIAL NOTE
  1. Renters may not obtain pool passes if the owner of their unit is not in good standing with the community.
  2. Renters must leave a COPY of their lease with the pool registrar.
  3. Only names placed on a rental lease by the owner of a unit will be admitted to the pool. Names added to the lease in handwriting or typeface not matching the original will not be admitted.
Please feel free to contact Don Mazzei, Community Manager, at 703-565-5005, or Charyl Ferguson, Management Assistant at 703-565-5004, or email c.ferguson@cmgmt.com if you have any questions.

* Available with new issues only. You may purchase one-day passes at the pool should you have more than two guests on a given day.

Please read the Pool Rules in the Rules and Regulations Handbook before you visit the pool.

Multipurpose Court

Between Labor Day and Memorial Day, the eastern end of the pool parking lot is chained off and made available as a multipurpose court for hard surface games such as rollerblading and street hockey. Safety Fairs, such as this one to the right, are held periodically to insure the safety of our children.

Special events like Summerfest also make use of the multipurpose court.

Use of the multipurpose court is limited to daylight hours.
