The Rules and Regulations contained in this handbook were developed by four standing committees (Architectural Review, Community Safety, Grounds and Recreation) to supplement the Daventry Community Association By-laws (updated June 15, 2005, .pdf format), as directed and approved by the Board of Directors.
The purpose of the Rules and Regulations is to ensure that all residents have the benefits of living in a well managed community. The Board wishes to thank you in advance for supporting and adhering to the governing documents and supplemental rules. By doing so, we ensure continued enjoyment of a high standard of living and increased values of our homes.
Please refer to the Rules and Regulations whenever questions arise about community living, and note that some rules may differ for detached, townhome or condominium properties. In particular, Ramblewood Condominium residents should refer to their separate and somewhat more restrictive rules for a complete explanation of items such as trash collection, animal control, reserved parking and towing.
